Interested in a car lift for your garage? With a car lift you gain space and avoid long ramps or extra floors. Our lifts can be integrated indoors or outdoors, both in new builds and renovations. You can also equip the car lift with a roof so you create an extra parking spot.

How to choose the right car lift?

We know every situation is unique. Together, we assess the following points:

  • Vertical travel: what is the height difference between the two finished floor levels?
  • Vehicle and shaft dimensions:
    • We recommend a shaft of 3000 × 6000 mm so any vehicle type can use the car lift comfortably.
  • Pit depth:
    • At least 650 mm. We preferably mount the lift on a ring beam, which can buffer excess water and protect the lift against water damage.
  • Technical room:
    • This houses the hydraulic power unit and the electrical control cabinet so everything is neatly and compactly installed.

Together we define what fits the residents’ or users’ vehicle fleet.

  • What is the minimum space for a car lift?
    For a standard car, a shaft of at least 2700 × 5500 mm is sufficient. For SUVs, it’s best to allow for 3,000 × 6,000 mm.
  • Can I install a car lift in an existing home?
    Yes, provided there is enough space and smooth access to the lift shaft. We will assess the options together.
  • May I remain in the vehicle while using the car lift?
    Yes, but it depends on the building conditions in and around the shaft, the required travel and several safety provisions to comply with the applicable legislation.
