On-board weighing systems on road trucks

Kimax

designed and built in Denmark by Sense-tech who is exclusively devoted to on-board weighing on road trucks,
digital indicator with 3 digits, 20 mm high, fits in a radio-DIN sleeve or outside the cabin,
LED display,
operating temperature: -25 to 70°C,
maximum tolerance: 1 ~ 2% of payload,
power supply: 10 ~ 30VDC – 90mA,
RS232 output for printer or computer.

Air suspended axles: pressure measurement in the indicator 6 mm hoses, 0 ~ 10,5 bar
Hydraulic suspension: pressure sensors
Leaf springs suspension: a strain gauge on the axle or on the leaf springs measures the deflection, with the same accuracy as the air pressure measurement.

On-board weighing

Low-built wheel weigh scales BPR

Aluminium or steel frame, IP66, only 18 or 20 mm thick makes drive on much easier,
Operating temperatures: -10 – +50°C,
Acceptable overloading: 120%,
15m cable to the case with display,
Each scale is supplied in a transport case on wheels.

Weight display for maximum 4 platforms in a rack-type metallic case with rechargeable battery,

BPRC:

capacity 10, 15 or 20 tons per scale, increment by 5 kg,
can be trade-approved Y(b) for 10 or 15 tons per scale, increment by 50 kg
each scale is supplied with 0,5m levelling mats in front and after the scale.

BPRE:
weighing area: 350 x 280 mm
overall sizes: 475 x 332 x height 18 mm, + aluminium ramps (total length 584 mm)
aluminium frame, own weight 12 kg,
capacity 2 or 5 tons per scale, increment by 1 or 2 kg,
can not be trade-approved

Options for BPRC and BPRF:
– 4 foldable levelling carpets, each 3m long, to put in front and behind the scales to bring all wheels to the same height and increase the accuracy
– pit frames when installed into the floor.

WWS wheel weigh platforms

Height 58 mm, own weight 14,5 to 41,5 kg, depending of sizes and capacity,
Sturdy structure of special aluminium, IP65 to IP68 load cells,
Special vulcanised nonslip rubber underneath for good grip on all floors,
10 m cable with connectors to the indicator box,

+ WWSC: 500 x 400 mm, 1,5 to 15 t, can be trade-approved to 10 t,

LCD backlit display with 6 25-mm high contrast digits and with indication of active functions.

Trucks with hook containers

Properties:
for waste, chalk and mortar containers,
can be stamped in class OIML III, to guarantee the accuracy and give confidence to your customers,
allows to get paid by your customers on the loading spot,
the container is first lifted from the truck chassis by 4 short hydraulic cylinders, then weighed by 4 load sensors built on top of these cylinders,
electronically compensated cross and long slopes up to 10%.

Weight indicator PFREUNDT WK50,
+ specially adapted software,
+ registration of customer, container, place, date and time,
+ gross/net weighing. Tare can be input by hand, weighed or called from the container database in the microprocessor,

Trucks with skip containers

Properties:
can be stamped in class OIML III, to guarantee the accuracy and give confidence to your customers,
allows to get paid by your customers on the loading spot,
2 load cells in the swivelling chain brackets on top of the load arms weigh the container at any height,
radio transmission between the load cells and the indicator in the cabin when the loading arms are telescopic,
electronically compensated cross and long slopes up to 10%.

Trucks with a handling crane

On truck cranes with 3 rated capacities: 1000, 2000 and 5000 kg,
Stronger construction on hydraulic cranes: 10, 20, 45 and 100 tons,

Compact round casing with limited building height,
Integrated damping and pivoting suspension of the load cell in the casing,
Can be stamped in class OIML III (0,1%), which guarantees its accuracy and gives confidence to your customers,
Data transfer from load cell to display by cable or by radio when built on telescopic booms.
